Turn on, test, then close the combustion chamber and hang the panels back. The result: the device works without failures. Heating and water heat up without problems.

So, if you try to start heating quickly, there are two relays, from which the ignition unit (control) is controlled, there is no spark, no flame. If you go to the menu (on the screen number 2), the ignition is normal, the unit works without problems, and so on until you are in the menu. Only you leave the menu - error 5P3. Disconnecting the flame sensor during boiler operation (in the menu) immediately leads to 5p3 and a normal ignition attempt with a spark. If you exit the menu - immediately 5P3, the flame goes out, and it flips the relay without a spark. The board is old, version 4V3. The error is periodic, it happens, it works for weeks, and sometimes it shows it all day long.

After a prolonged interruption in the operation, when the appliance is switched on, the burner will run for a short time, then it will turn off and an error message 104 (circulation disturbance) will be output. But I'm not an expert, so I can be wrong. Suspicion falls on the pump. Tell me, how can I tell if he broke down? The noise can not be determined, because the fan also blows, which supplies air to the combustion chamber. Or maybe it's not in the pump?

In this mode, the pump must rotate, but without ignition of the flame. Visually determine if the pump shaft rotates, you can go there with a screwdriver, immediately you will feel if there is rotation or not. In the "purge" mode, the pump runs cyclically. Observe, is there a pump start after every pause or not? The pump is controlled by two relays - one supplies power to the motor, the other just closes or opens the pump speed control circuit. The last check is easy, just close the contacts, so you force one of the speeds on and remove the relay from the circuit. If it is defective, the pump will start to rotate steadily, and will circulate.

 

On the boiler, error 108 is being written. How can I fix it?

 

The pressure in the heating system should be raised to the required level.

 

When you open a tap of hot water, somewhere in about 20 seconds, gives an error of 109 and then goes cold. What is the problem?
