To restart the boiler, switch the mode switch to ON, wait five to six seconds, then move it back to the desired position. After that it will start automatically. If the normal operation can not resume, call the service technician.
Error A01 - Blocking by the absence of flame. Shutdown of the control board malfunction. Five unsuccessful attempts to ignite. Make sure that the gas valve is open. Make sure that there are two ignition electrodes.
Error A02 - Limit thermostat blocking.
Error A03 - Termination of work on the smoke extractor pressure switch.
Error A04 - Hydrostatic pressure switch blocking.
Error A06 - Malfunction of NTC dhw sensor.
Error A07 - Malfunction of NTC heating sensor.
Error A11 - Flame simulation.
Error A 20 - After the gas valve closes, it takes too long before the flame disappears. Check that the gas valve is working correctly. Replace the gas valve.
Error A 24 - Fan error. The measured fan speed changes too fast compared to the read speed. Check the fan. Check the electrical connection of the fan. Replace the fan.

Errors reset automatically
E23 - Internal error. Replace the main control board.
E34 - The frequency in the power network is not 50 Hz.
E02 - NTC-1 open (sensor at the output of the device). The sensor on the supply line in the primary circuit is not connected or there is an open in it.
E04 - NTC-3 is open (DHW sensor). The DHW sensor is not connected or there is an open circuit in it.
E18 - NTC-1 - short circuit. Short circuit on the sensor of the supply line in the primary circuit.
E20 - NTC-3 short circuit. Short circuit on the DHW sensor.
E33 - Phase and neutral are reversed. Correctly connect the phase and neutral wires.
E34 - Reset button error. The button was pressed more than 7 times for 30 minutes. Wait until the error disappears. If the error is still present after a maximum of 40 minutes, replace the card.
E35 - Error of differential water pressure switch (contact open). Make sure that the water flow in the circuit of each unit is correct. In each unit, the flow rate should be 2 m3 / h. Replace the water pressure switch (setting 500 liters / hour).
