Due to overheating, the safety thermostat has disconnected - Eliminate the cause of overheating and reset the safety thermostat. No power - Set the mains switch to on.

Setting in the lockout mode due to lack of gas - Clean the gas supply line, and then press the fault reset button on the control panel. Defective gas valve of the 1st stage - Check the gas block and, if necessary, replace it. No spark on the electrode - Check the electrical cable connections to the software unit and to the electrode. Transition to blocking mode due to the opening of the traction sensor - Check the good draft at the location of the chimney. Press the manual reset button of the program lock. No ionisation current - Check the connection of the ionisation sensor and the ground wire. Check the position of the ionisation sensor and ignition flame distributor. Clogged filter or nozzle of the pilot burner - Clean the filter and the nozzle of the pilot burner.

Switching off the TAF - Check the good draft at the connection point of the chimney. Perform a manual reset of the program lock. Check the condition of the traction sensor. Perform a manual reset of the program lock.
The burner ignites, but with less power
Low inlet pressure - Check the gas supply.
Dirty filter - Clean the filter.
Defective gas unit - Replace the gas block.
Defective gas unit - Check the gas block and replace it if necessary.
Incorrect nozzles and / or diaphragms - Check them.
The contaminated cast-iron heat exchanger of the boiler De Dietrich (furnace side)
Inlet pressure too high - Check the gas supply.
Contaminated burner - Clean the burner.
Inadequate or poorly located ventilation of the boiler house - Increase the ventilation openings, clean them. Defective gas unit - Check the gas block and replace it if necessary.
The unit is noisy
Poor air removal - Remove air properly.
The heat exchanger is coated with limescale. - Descale the heating circuit.
Incorrectly selected nozzles (Whistle) - Check the nozzles.
The boiler is too hot or too cold in relation to the heat demand
Three-position switch in manual position - Check the position of the three-position switch. Incorrect thermostat setting - Set the thermostat to the maximum value if the unit is equipped with a regulation system or room thermostat.
Flame attenuation
Too large or small nozzles - Check nozzles and pressure.
