FERROLI Gas Boiler Error Codes

Error A01 - No flame signal is being received. There is no gas on the burner. Breakage of the gas valve. Clogging the gas valve.

Error A02 - Invalid flame signal. Breakage or incorrect operation of the ionization ignition electrode. Low power for ignition.

Error A03 - Boiler overheating. Malfunction of the circulation pump.

Error A04 - Only for the Domiproject D / C boiler - the overheating of the thermostat responsible for the temperature of the flue gases. Incorrect operation of the smoke removal system.

Error A05 - Only for Domiproject D / C boiler - no fan connection. Malfunction or malfunction of the fan.

Error A06 - Appears when the flame extinguishes 6 or more times in 10 minutes.

Error A08 - Overheating of the heat exchanger OB.

Fault F04 - The operation of the flue gas thermostat (if this thermostat is activated, the boiler operation is excluded for 20 minutes). The contact of the flue gas thermostat is open. - Check the thermostat.

Open the connection cable. - Check the cable connections. Incorrectly chosen dimensions or plugging of chimney - Replace chimney.

Error F10 / F14 - Problem with the water heating sensor: circuit or open circuit. Breakage of the safety NTC sensor of the heating circuit.

Fault F11 - Short circuit or open circuit of the NTC sensor. NTC temperature thermistor failure of hot water supply.

Error A16 - Gas valve failure.

Error F20 - Only relevant in Domiproject D / F Ferroli boilers - a fault indicating a poor combustion quality.

Error F34 - Input voltage too low.

Error F35 - Incorrect current frequency. Incorrect frequency selected.

Error F37 - The pressure in the heating system is too low (pressure drop).

Error F39 - No outdoor temperature sensor signal (short circuit or open circuit). NTC temperature thermistor failure on the street.

Error F40 - Water pressure in the heating system is incorrect. Too high pressure - Check the heating system. Check the condition of the safety valve. Check the expansion vessel.

Fault A41 - Thermistor fault of the OB or NTC.

Fault F42 - Problems with the hot water sensor.

Error F47 - Malfunction of the water pressure sensor in the heating system.

Error F50 - Gas valve modulation coil - Fault. Breakage of gas fittings. Problems with the gas / smoke control system. Breakdown or malfunction. Incorrect system operation. Only for gas boiler Domiproject D / C - fan fault.
