OP The freezer indicator is open on the freezer display. Check the wiring between the thermistor and the board. If this is correct, replace the thermistor.

A warning. Before checking the wiring, disconnect the refrigerator. Wear protective gloves and goggles when performing live voltage checks. Do not make live checks unless you are sure that you can safely execute them. Disconnect the refrigerator as soon as real-time testing begins.
