Error codes of air conditioners Hitachi / Hitachi indoor unit indicator 301

 

If the Timer indicator blinks at a frequency of once per second, it indicates warm-up of the equipment before starting and is not an error.

 

If the Timer indicator flashes several times and then stops, refer to the list below.

 

01 The internal coil temperature is too high for cooling, or too low for the heating mode. Reverse valve failure from operation.

 

02 Force the external module to start. It is not an error.

 

03 Connection error. Communication defect between internal module, external module or central board.

 

04 The failure of the external module.

 

06 Float switch is activated. Check the operation of the pump and drainage system.

 

07 The condensate evacuation pump must be started manually. The drainage system switched to test mode, the error of the central board.

 

08 The blinds do not open. Defective shutter mechanism, microswitch or center board (only for RAF models).

 

09 Internal module thermistor defect. No connection to the air inlet or thermistor; An open center board or a short circuit in it.

 

10 The fan speed of the fan motor deflected from the norm. Defective motor or central board.

 

13 Data error of the persistent storage. Defect of the central board.

1 Normal start mode

 

2 together with indicator 302 - Stop the compressor. Error in the power module or central board system.

 

3 Low compressor speed, deviating from the normal position of the compressor mechanism. Breakage in the system of the power module, in the compressor system or in the central circuit board.

 

4 Compressor out of order. Breakage in the system of the power module, in the compressor system or in the central circuit board.

 

5 Low compressor speed is fixed. High pressure, fan motor failure / short circuit or abnormal low voltage in the mains are detected.

 

6 Temperature rise of the thermistor. Low amount of refrigerant charge, breakage or defect of thermistor / compressor, fan motor / central board.

 

8 The compressor does not accelerate above the minimum speed. Low amount of refrigerant charge or compressor failure.

 

9 Connection error. C / D inputs are not connected, the incoming cable is broken or defective (Summit and Monozone models only).

 

10 The power supply voltage deviating from the norm. Power outages in the mains or defect of the generator.

12 Rotating fan motor deflected normally. Defective fan motor or center board (check fuse).

 

13 A persistent storage error occurred. Breakage of the central board.

 

14 The system power module detected an excess of the mains voltage. Defect of the system power module.

 

Indicator 302

 

1 The compressor has overheated.

 

2 Icing of the thermistor.

 

3 The thermistor was affected by external conditions.

 

4 Narrow thermistor pipe (extension), for the electrical circuit No.1.

 

5 Wide thermistor pipe (suction), for electrical circuit # 1.

 

6 Narrow thermistor pipe (expansion), for the electrical circuit # 2.

 

7 Wide thermistor pipe (suction), for electrical circuit # 2.

 

8 Narrow thermistor pipe (expansion), for the electrical circuit No.3.

 

9 Wide thermistor pipe (suction), for electrical circuit No.3.
