Compressor start relay is jammed
- Check that there are no water leaks that could reach connector J1 and close the corresponding contacts;
- Check the motor terminals (in case of an incorrect connection, a short circuit may occur);
- Replace the motor;
- Replace the board.

Compressor switch relays open
- Check the J1 connector on the board;
- Measure the resistance between terminals 3 and 2 on connector J1; Its value should correspond to that indicated in the special table.
- Check that the compressor is not paused (the contacts of the thermal protective relay are open)
- Replace the motor;
- Replace the board.

Defective power board
- Replace the board.

Do not rotate the freezer fan
- Check the J6 connector on the board;
- Measure the ohmic resistance between terminals 2 and 1 on connector J6; Its value should correspond to that indicated in the special table;
- Check that the fan is correctly connected to the junction box inside the freezer compartment.
- Replace the freezer fan;
- Replace the board.

Electronic control valve does not open / close
- Check the reliability of the J3 connector on the board;
- Check the connection of the flap to the connector located behind the multiflow channel;
- Replace the flapper;
- Replace the board.

Short thyristor control of defrost heater
- Check the J6 connector on the board;
- Measure the ohmic resistance at connector J6 between pins 3 and 4
- Check that the defrost heater is correctly connected and possible shorts in the junction box inside the freezer;
- Replace the heater
- Replace board

There is no current consumption by the defrost heater
- Check the J6 connector on the board;
- Measure on the connector J6 the resistance between contacts 3 and 4 (corresponding to the defrost resistance of the heating element); Its value should correspond to that indicated in the special table;
- Check the connection of the defrosting heater and the heating element of the tray in the junction box inside the freezer;
- Check the value of the ohmic resistance of the defrost heater on its ends;
- Make sure that the thermal fuse contacts are not open;
- Replace defrost heater;
- Replace the board.

Incorrect connection of solenoid valve
- Check the J8 connector on the board;
- Measure the ohmic resistance between terminals 1 and 2 on connector J8; Its value should correspond to that indicated in the special table;
- Check that the switching performed by the solenoid valve is correct. Check that when the compressor is turned on, the solenoid valve turns off the cooling chamber.
- Replace solenoid valve;
- Replace the board.

Program error (EEPROM not programmed or defective)
- In the case of a motherboard installed at the factory, replace the board and EEPROM;
- In the case of a spare board and EEPROM, check that the EEPROM is correctly installed in the slot on the board.

- Check that the valve is correctly switched. Check that when the compressor is on, the solenoid valve turns off the variable temperature compartment.

- Check the J6 connector on the board;
- Measure on the connector J6 the resistance between pins 1 and 2 (corresponding to the resistance of the cooling fan of the refrigerator); Its value should correspond to that indicated in the special table;
- Check that the cooling fan is connected correctly;
- Check the ohmic resistance of the cooling fan;
- Replace the cooling fan;
- Replace the board.
