FOR ALL TROUBLES Some indicators flash
Any malfunction
Procedure for any malfunction. Turn the program control knob to STOP (off). 1. Make sure that the program is selected correctly: check in Table 2 the type of laundry for which this program is suitable and the maximum load. If the selected program or the maximum download does not correspond to table 2. select the desired program and follow further instructions. 2. If the selected program and the maximum load correspond to table 2, wait about 2 minutes and turn on the corresponding program. If the problem persists, reset the electronic card, wait for the reset process to complete. Then turn the program control knob to the STOP position, select the program corresponding to the type of laundry and turn it on.
E01 Indicator lights 1 and 2 start flashing The door is not closed properly
Close the door tightly until it clicks. If the problem persists, follow the "for all troubleshooting" instructions. If the problem recurs, turn off the machine, disconnect it from the mains, contact the nearest service center.
E02 Indicators 1 and 3 blink
The water level in the machine does not reach the heating element. Water pressure in the water supply system is too low or absent
Fully open the tap. Check, possibly, the water is turned off. If the problem disappears, the machine will shut itself off after a while. Check if the input filter is clogged. To do this, close the water, disconnect the water supply hose from the machine, see if the filters are clogged in the hose and in the machine (mesh). If necessary, clean them. And if the problem persists, follow the instructions "for all problems". If the problem recurs, unplug the machine, close the valve and contact the nearest service center
E03 Indicators 1 and 4 blink
The pump is broken, the pump filter is clogged, or the pump contact is disconnected
Clean the pump filter. If the problem persists, follow the "for all troubleshooting" instructions. If the problem persists, contact the service center.
E04 Indicators 2 and 3 blink
There are excess water in the machine
The machine will automatically drain the water. After all the water has merged, if the problem persists, follow the instructions "for all problems". If the problem persists, unplug the machine and close the water tap.
E05 Light indicators 2 and 4
The heating element or the heat sensor is out of order
Lime deposits can cause this problem. Clean the machine with a special descaling agent, following the recommendations on the packaging. If the problem persists, follow the "for all troubleshooting" instructions. If the problem persists, turn off the machine and unplug it. Close the water tap and contact the service center.
E06 Indicators 3 and 4 blink
The motor of the machine went out of order
Follow the instructions "for all problems". If the problem persists, turn off the machine and unplug it. Close the water tap and contact the service center.
E07 Indicators 1,2 and 3 blink. The electronic unit has failed
Follow the instructions "for all problems". If the problem persists, turn off the machine and unplug it. Close the water tap and contact the service center.
E08 Indicators 2,3 and 4 blink
The motor went out of order
Follow the instructions "for all problems". If the problem persists, turn off the machine and unplug it. Close the water tap and contact the service center.
E09 Indicators 1,2 and 4 start flashing
Voltage in the network is too low or too high
If the mains voltage is below 150 V or above 260 V, the machine will automatically stop. As soon as the voltage is normal, the washing machine will continue its work.
E10 Indicators 1,3 and 4 start to flash
Communication error
Follow the instructions "for all problems". If the problem persists, turn off the machine and unplug it. Close the water tap and contact the service center.
